Junior School Trekking Expedition to Dodital.
from April 29, 2006 to May 11, 2006
A group of 32 boys of Junior School went for high altitude trekking in Uttaranchal. Their destination was Dodital at an altitude of 11,000 ft. The group started trekking from Sangamchatti & had a halt at Agoda. Next day the group trekked from Agoda to Manjhi and then from Manjhi to Dodital. The trek route was very narrow and dangerous at some places. The group trekked a distance more than 45 km in 6 days.
While returning the boys enjoyed white water rafting near kaudiyala in river Ganges. It was a thrilling experience for the boys. The group was accompanied by Headmaster Mr.P.Chaturvedi, Mr. yash Saxena and by Mr.Paresh Mahawar.
