Mayo organizes various competitions for juniors to inculcate the feeling of healthy and fair spirit of competition amongst them. Following this trend, young sportsmen of Mayo College once again visited the Daly College, Indore to play three friendly matches of Football, Cricket and Hockey.

The teams were escorted by staff members Mr.P.Mahawar, Mr.R.Sharma and Mr.Daniel Goodwin, an exchange student from U.K. We reached Indore on 14^th February and were warmly welcomed by the hosts.

In the evening there was a group photograph which was followed by the Hockey match. The Dalians won the match 2 – 0.

A Cricket match was played next day at the Scindia Pavilion College where our boys put up a great score of 131 runs in 25 overs but the host team won the match in the last over.

On the 16^th morning we had the privilege of attending the assembly of Daly College and had a close look at their campus.

The football match was in the evening. We won the match 3 – 0. The match was followed by the prize giving ceremony in which Mayoites were awarded the Football Trophy.
