1. Mayo College enrolled its scholars in the Trinity Guildhall, the International Examinations Board for Music. In Dec 11, eight boys appeared for the examination in various instruments fairing well. Following are the results:

2. Owing to the interest shown by the boys the School will enroll a fairly larger number of students for the exam to be undertaken in 2012.
Music Workshop
3. On 9 Dec 11 a workshop on why music learning is important in ones life was attended by Mr Anurag P Vinayak, HOD Music Dept, conducted by Mr Paul McClure, the external examiner of the Trinity College, London. He also discussed about the techniques which enhance classical music learning and briefed the participants about the common mistakes committed by candidates during exams and how to overcome them.
