Books are man's best friend. Books weave the entire tapestry of Life. Even in this era of electronic media, books are still given their coveted place. This was evident at the Annual Book Fair which is being held in the Mayo College Library premises from July 27 to July 30, 2011. It was inaugurated by a Class-7A boy Abhijit Nargotra in the presence of the Principal Maj Gen (Retd) KVS Lalotra, Vice Principal Mr.S Kumar and the students of Class VII. Two booksellers i.e. Book Land and Abhinav Prakashan, Ajmer displayed more than 5000 titles.

There are books on various subjects i.e. Fiction, Non Fiction, Biographies, Autobiographies, Self-help, Sports and other general books and students seem to be interested in buying them and adding them to their collection.
