INVITATION TO TENDER – RESTORATION OF MAIN BUILDING BLOCK, MAYO COLLEGE, AJMER

This is with reference to the tender for Restoration of Main Building Block at Mayo College, Ajmer.
The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 90 lacs (Rupees Ninety Lakhs only). The complete tender document is enclosed herewith. Please note that Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be paid separately over and above the quoted rates.
The time for completion of the project shall be Four (4) Months from the date of acceptance of the work order.
A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) in cash and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) must be deposited by Demand Draft or through online transfer at the time of submission. Tenders submitted without the EMD will not be considered.
A hard copy of the tender document will be available from the office of Mr. Apoorv Kimtee between 31^st May 2025 – 17th June 2025 (1000 Hrs – 1400 Hrs) upon cash payment of the tender fee.
The tender must be submitted by 1400 Hrs on 17th June 2025, online or in physical form at the office of the Bursar, Mayo College, Ajmer. Any delay in submission will render the bid invalid.
Pre-Bid Meeting & Site Visit: 14th June 2025 between 10:00 am to 02:00pm.
